1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TaskMoney Pro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform
• If you are between 13-18 years, parental consent is required
• You must have a valid UPI ID for withdrawals
• One account per user (no multiple accounts)

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Earning Tasks

• Complete tasks honestly (no bots or automation)
• Each task pays between ₹0.10 to ₹2.00
• Maximum 200 tasks per day
• Tasks are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to modify task availability

5. Referral Program

• Earn ₹0.50 per successful referral
• 10% lifetime commission on referral earnings
• No self-referrals or fake referrals
• Referral bonuses are credited instantly

6. Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹10
• Processing time: Under 2 minutes
• Withdrawals to UPI ID only
• Valid UPI ID required
• We are not responsible for incorrect UPI details

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Creating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent referrals or fake tasks
• Hacking or attempting to breach security
• Spamming or harassing other users
• Using VPN to manipulate location

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Are inactive for 6+ months
• Provide false information

9. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through UPI
• Processing time may vary during bank holidays
• We are not responsible for bank delays
• Minimum balance for withdrawal: ₹10

10. Intellectual Property

All content on TaskMoney Pro including logos, designs, text, and software is our property and protected by copyright laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

TaskMoney Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
